Experience depends from one employee to another. However, every employee we bring on will have a minimum of 2 years of experience

What methods do you use to eliminate pests?
We mainly use chemical treatment to rid homes and buildings of pests. Every pest is different so we use a variety of control methods. Such as exclusion, trap and release, fogging, chemical sprays, bait stations and odor repellents.

Are the pesticides and methods you use safe for humans and pets?
Yes. Every chemical used in a default situation will have the lowest volatility rating. When the chemical is dried it has no effect on anyone/anything larger than and ounce of weight. In certain cases, we will have to use stronger chemicals to cure a pest problem and even then once the chemical is dried It poses very little danger to humans and animals. ALWAYS let your pest control technician know if someone in the house is pesticide sensitive to certain chemicals.

How long will it take to eliminate the pests from my home?
In most cases you will notice a difference in a couple hours but the chemical needs at least 72 hours to fully control and issue.

How often should I have my home inspected and treated for pests?
This depends on the conditions of your home and locations. It is recommended that you treat outside monthly/ bi monthly. And every 3 months on the inside.

How do you determine the extent of the infestation?
There are several ways to determine a infestation. if its mice or rats we can visually look for signs in and around the home. If it’s a smaller pest like panty moth or bugs we can set up observation tents throughout the home that are small in size but very effective to let us know what problems your dealing with.

Once the problem is cured and you have a regular scheduled service appointment we guarantee our services.

What is the cost of your services?
Please call to get a free estimate/quote so we can give you accurate cost to service your home or property. Most situations are different from person to person but for a typical pesticide treatment would be $150 for a 1500 sqft home and for mice exclusion and treatment if would be $350 for a 1500 sqft home.

How do I prepare my home for pest treatment?
We apply our chemicals to the baseboard areas of the house so if you can pull small items from the wall like shoes, toys, clothes that would be perfect. No need to move larger items as we are equipped with long extension wands that we use to get behind beds, dressers, tv entertainment center and any other large furniture.

Can I be present during the treatment?
If we are only doing an outside treatment then yes you can, if we have to apply chemicals inside the home it is best if you wait outside or if its just a spot treatment you can wait in another room. Note if we do a general pest spray inside that covers the entire house you and your pets will have to remain out of the house for 1 hour while pesticide dries and then you can re enter. This ensures that the chemicals stay where we apply it and are not unknowingly tracked throughout the home in undesired locations.

You should have a pest control expert inspect your home at least 1 time a year to ensure nothing is nesting or growing in and around your home. This will save time and money later.
